Most of them release a variety of attitudes that they express towards their employees. No matter what job that we have, we will have at least one of the three types of managers out in the labor force: Strict, laid back, or uneducated managers. Regardless of which one it may be, good or bad, sometimes we’ll have to make the best of both worlds in cases such as this. Anywhere we go, we will most likely have that one strict manager that wants everyone to do everything their way or no way. There are a few reasons why this particular manager would express their sergeant-like attitudes. For example, changing up the cleaning routine is one way to get under the manager’s skin. I think the music you listen to also plays a factor in the person you are. If you listen too lot of rap and hip-hop you are more likely to use profanity while having a conversation with someone. But if you listen to classical music you act more calm and easy-going. This isnt always the case though. I listen too lot of rap but I also listen to country and Christian music and I do not use the language they do in rap songs.
